CPAClient Checkbook

CPAClient Checkbook provides your clients an easy way to handle their own day-to-day checkbook management and monitor their cash balances, while you continue to handle their more in-depth accounting needs. CPAClient Checkbooks lets your clients enter their own checks, deposits, ATM transactions, after-the-fact payroll, journal entries, perform their own bank reconciliation, and more. While CPAClient Checkbook looks much like CPAClient Write-Up, it contains only the menu options that your clients will use, such as adding accounts, employees & vendors and printing a Detail General Ledger.

Features of CPAClient Checkbook include:

Your client can export their data to you at the end of the month, after all checks and journal entries have been entered for the accounting period.
As their accountant you can easily import your client's information into CPAClient Write-Up to review the data, made adjustments and generate financial statements, reports and payroll regulatory reporting.
Once you have completed your adjustments, simply export the file back to your client's site.
The export will not overwrite any new data entered by your client.
